Between Thursday, October 1st, 2026, and Friday afternoon, October 2nd, 2026, service emails could not be sent from the USL library system. These included:
- Reminder emails regarding loan periods and overdue fees
- Notification emails regarding the availability of media
- Emails regarding password assignment
The issue has since been resolved. However, it is possible that some messages from that period were not delivered.
If you are missing a service email, please contact us. We will look into the matter and assist you further.
Please note: There are still delays in processing requests and stack orders.
No security issue occurred during the entire outage.
