The set contains the following equipment:

iPads are only available to students to enable them to take courses and sit examinations online.

They are available from the service desk in the MNL Branch Library while stocks last. iPads may be borrowed for up to six months and cannot be reserved in advance.

Standard apps are pre-installed on the devices. Although you can install additional ones, you will first need to create an Apple ID.

Please note: access to eduroam has to be set up through an existing network connection. Please use the "eduroam Configuration Assistant Tool (CAT)" to install the profile: https://cat.eduroam.org/
You will be asked for confirmation/input at several points:
- to install the profile
- to accept the server certificate authority
- to enter the username and password you have been given by your organisation (6 times each, because 5 SSIDs and 1 Passpoint networks are installed).
