The USL will be closed after 12:00 noon on Women's Carnival ("Weiberfastnacht") and all day on Carnival Monday ("Rosenmontag")

The following opening hours apply for the Main Library and the MNL Branch Library during Carnival:

Thursday, February 12th, 2026 ("Weiberfastnacht"): Closed from 12:00 noon
Friday, Saturday and Sunday (February 13th to 15th, 2026): Open as usual
Monday, February 16th, 2026 ("Rosenmontag"): Closed all day

Regular hours will resume on Tuesday, February 17th, 2026.
