An incorrect link is currently being sent out during the password reset process. You are currently unable to reset or change the password for your library account. The error occurs when you open the password reset email in the university’s webmail: https://email.uni-bonn.de/
We are working with the HRZ to resolve this issue and will update you here and on social media as soon as the error has been fixed.
